Acapulco Orange Drink

  • 5 scoops orange sherbet

  • 1oz. vodka

  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Direction: Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add ice for a thicker consistency. Omit vodka for a kid friendly version.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 c. shredded chicken (usually just shred a rotisserie chicken)

8 oz. shredded gouda cheese

8 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese

8 oz. cream cheese

3/4 c. Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

1/2 c. sour cream

Slow cooker: combine all ingredients into your slow cooker on low for 2-2.5 hours, or until nice and melted. Mix it regularly Oven: Combine all ingredients into a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Take it our and mix it halfway. Smoker (My favorite method): Combine everything into a pan and smoke at 225 degrees for 2 hours, mix it halfway.

Cocktail Sauce

1 c. ketchup

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

1 1/2 tsp. horseradish

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add a good shake of coarsely ground black pepper. Mix and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
